Do I need internet to estimate weight?
No, not for the app's analysis or essential Help. This website and voluntary support email need a connection.
Do I have to allow camera access?
No for gallery photos or videos. The rear camera is needed only for direct capture in the app.
What if camera permission is denied?
The gallery remains available. To try the camera again, allow access when Android asks or use the app settings in Android if access is blocked.
Can I use a device without a camera?
The camera is declared optional for installation. Gallery media remain usable; direct capture is unavailable.
Is the reference strip required?
No. A physical 1 m strip may help scale when detected, but estimates without it remain possible and should be treated cautiously.
Does the estimate replace a scale?
No. It is informative and should be compared with real scale weight, especially for operational, commercial, or health decisions.
Is the ZIP sent automatically?
No. You choose when and where to export it. Sharing afterward is a separate action on your device.
Which languages are supported?
Portuguese, English, and Spanish in the current interface and offline Help.
Where are my records stored?
Saved records remain on the device. Original gallery photos are managed by the gallery and are not removed when you delete an app record.
How do I contact support?
