Terms of use
These terms describe current use of the CattleWeight app, offered by Techvia, a trade name (DBA) of a sole proprietorship in Massachusetts, United States.

Service
CattleWeight is an app for informative cattle weight estimation from images and videos. The build currently in field validation is available for Android; this does not limit the product's future platforms. User accounts, cloud training, remote administration, and commercial integration are not part of the current version.
Estimate limits
Results depend on capture, animal conditions, and available scale reference. They are not certified weighings and do not replace a scale where accuracy matters. Do not rely on an estimate alone for health, commercial, or legal decisions.
Responsible use
Use images and data you have a right to capture and share. When exporting or sending files to others, review the included data and chosen destination.
Availability and changes
The product is in field validation. Features and availability may change in later versions with appropriate communication. Accuracy or uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Brand and content
The CattleWeight name, artwork, and content are part of the product offered by Techvia. These terms do not grant a right to use those elements outside normal use of the app.
Audience
The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Governing law, venue, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Matters relating to these terms will be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Questions: solutions@techvia.us.
